Real Estate Development Services, S. de R.L. de C.V. is a company based in Los Cabos, Mexico, specializing in providing consulting services for the creation of master planned resort communities and golf complexes throughout Mexico.

The Company's philosophy is to maximize an owner's investment while enhancing the natural beauty and spirit of each property in order to create a harmonious balance amongst hotels, golf and multiple residential communities.

Services currently offered on a selective basis include but are not limited to, due diligence reports, title searches, owner representation for real estate purchasing and/or contract negotiations, development management that coordinates land planning and design, government authorizations and permitting with emphasis on entitlements, environmental, feasibility and federal zone issues, as well as, providing selective construction management, real estate sales operations, contract and deed formulation, and overseeing all legal and accounting aspects. Company emphasis is geared toward mega resorts and/or master planned communities that offer mixed uses, including golf development.
